Our frequency both expresses us and exposes us. The distortion of a frequency creates a shadow. The shadow of your frequency appears when your frequency is inverted from focusing on others to focusing on yourself.  Operating in the shadow of your frequency limits the incredible impact your authentic frequency can have. This is why it is so important to understand that your communication frequency is deeply connected to the health of who you are as a human being. Communication at your frequency’s highest resonance is a combination of two dynamics: authenticity and empathy. Authenticity is formed in the character of the person carrying the message. Empathy is formed in the connection of the speaker to their listener. Authenticity is about your deep connection to yourself; empathy is about your deep connection to others. The level and strength of a speaker’s frequency is determined by these two factors. The deeper your authenticity and empathy, the more powerful your frequency.

The goal of great communication is connection. A communicator transfers an idea, emotion or belief into the soul of the listener. You can only find your voice when you know yourself, and you cannot love another human being if you do not long to understand them. Without communication, there is no connection.
